La Panzanella Croccantini – Kof-K Kosher

La Panzanella Croccantini We picked of the La Panzanella Croccantini Rosemary flavor the other week on a whim and partially on the recommendation of a clerk at the store. The clerk simply said they were good.

I’m happy to report that the clerk didn’t lie and may have even understated how tasty these flat breads are. Right from the moment you open the package you’re overwhelmed by the aroma of the rosemary. Then you take your bite into a very firm flat bread with a great snap to it. The packaging and company’s website stress that this product is made and packaged by hand using only all natural ingredients.

The taste is simply wonderful and equivalent if not better many flat breads I’ve had at high-end restaurants. The quality and taste of the Croccantini explains why they’ve won so many awards.

If there is one problem with these it’s that they tend crumble or break into smaller piece, if you try to spread any topping on them other then extremely soft butter or margarine. Despite this fact, I know that La Panzanella Croccantini will be making another appearance in our pantry in the near future and I can’t wait to try some of the other flavors:

  • Sesame
  • Original
  • Fennel
  • Garlic
  • Whole Wheat
  • Black Pepper
  • Onion and
  • Tomato/Oregano

Overall we give it a 4.5 out 5.
